Baz has been Glazing since 1976 learning the old school ways with his grandfather in Turangi. 
Baz is proud to say "I started my trade apprenticeship in 1980 with Auckland Glass and completed my trade cert with top marks and advanced trade cert top of my year."

In 1986 Baz moved to Greenlane glass to further my learning and learn new technics until 1993 when he took the step to go it alone and Out "N" About Windscreens was born. 

Over the years Baz has worked with all areas of glazing, now specializing in flat glass for Hotrods, Classic Cars and Racecars. As there is no NZ trade cert in car glazing he has perfected the art over the years to bring you top quality windscreen installation. 

A few things Baz has been lucky enough to be involved in are:-

- Former Competitor Relations officer for Sport NZ 2005 - 2014
- Crew Chief for 3 World Speed Records at Bonnerville (USA)         
- Engineer on Tranzams in NZ                                                                                 

Baz has now made Tauranga his home. He enjoys the variety of his specialist work.

When he is not working you can find him spending time with his grandsons who he adores.
